The WREN Intelligent Synchronous Lifting Jack Hydraulic System is designed for high-precision, heavy-load, and multi-point synchronous lifting operations, featuring an integrated, modular structure. The system is equipped with six 50-metric-ton high-precision hydraulic jacks. Leveraging PLC-based intelligent control, multi-dimensional hydraulic status monitoring, and an integrated mobile cart, it enables one-button operation, safety protection, and efficient relocation, ensuring the safe and reliable execution of heavy-load lifting operations.
A PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) paired with a touchscreen serves as the control hub, enabling comprehensive signal interconnection via a communication bus and supporting one-touch operation, status synchronization, and fault tracing.
Equipped with six independent hydraulic pumps and a 13-liter independent oil tank to ensure a continuous oil supply over extended periods, the system features a triple monitoring system comprising oil temperature, oil level alarms, and a dipstick.
The accompanying jacks are equipped with displacement sensors and balance valves, as well as hydraulic lock pressure loss protection; they automatically trigger alarms in case of abnormalities to mitigate the risk of equipment damage.

The intelligent synchronous lifting jack hydraulic power unit system is an integrated, self-contained hydraulic unit comprising a power unit, an electrical unit, and control devices. It features high flow rate, simple structure, convenient operation, and high working pressure, with the high-pressure outlet pressure adjustable between 70 and 700 bar. The system operates at 220 V, with a rated current of 20 A and a power rating of 8 kW.

Electrical Control System: The control cabinet serves as the control center, housing a built-in PLC, touchscreen, operation buttons, and servo motor drivers, while also supplying power to the sub-control cabinets and motors. The sub-control cabinets are connected via control signal lines and communication buses to receive and provide feedback on operating status.

Hydraulic Pumps: The system is equipped with six hydraulic pumps. Each is fitted with a 13-liter oil tank; the output lifting pressure equals the retraction pressure, both of which are ≤70 MPa (the maximum operating pressure is locked at the factory; increasing the locked pressure is prohibited). The system is equipped with an oil temperature sensor, an oil level alarm, and a dipstick to monitor oil level and temperature in real time and trigger an alarm promptly when the oil level is too low.

Mobile Cart: Approximately 1,016 mm long, 823 mm wide, and 1,287 mm high (with jacks in the retracted position). A hydraulic pump is mounted at the bottom, a small control cabinet at the top, and jack mounting brackets, risers, and jacks in the middle, enabling the jack cart to quickly transport the jacks to the work site.

Hydraulic Jacks: Six 50Tf hydraulic jacks, each with a high-pressure chamber oil capacity of 5.7 L, a rated pressure of 70 MPa, and a stroke of 600 mm. They are equipped with displacement sensors and feature pressure-loss protection via balancing valves and hydraulic locks.
